Souper Suppers and Evening Holden Prayer Services

Souper suppers  and Holden Evening Prayer services continue on Wednesday evenings during Lent. February 28, Ali Kent will lead a short session on contemplative prayer.  Join us for food and fellowship at 5:30 with the prayer service beginning at 6:15.The theme for this year’s services will be Community Spiritual Disciplines.

There will be a service at noon on Ash Wednesday, February 14 in downtown Bend at Trinity Episcopal Church.  That evening there will be a service here at Nativity at 6:15. Both services will be led by Pastor Erika Spaet and will include the Imposition of Ashes and a time for meditation.

Saints Alive!

The Saints Alive February meeting was today. Don Girvan gave a fascinating slide show about his time in Alaska. Delicious soup and salad were on hand as well (not to mention dessert)! Next Saints Alive meeting is March 1 at 11:30. Corky Senecal and Kathy Hunt are certainly enjoying themselves!

Annual Meeting Coming Up

There will be one service at 10:00 am on Sunday, January 21. The Annual Meeting will follow immediately. Then there will be a pot luck lunch! A quorum is need so make plans to attend.


UN-Decorating Day

The saying goes: what goes up must come down. The gorgeous decorations for Advent and Christmas that made the church so beautiful need to be put away for next year. If you would like to help, please come to the church this Saturday, January 6 at 9:00 am!
