Will I receive an emailed receipt after my donation or payment?

If you share an email address during the donation process, you’ll be emailed a receipt immediately after your donation or payment is made.

How do I change my payment method?

To add a new payment method to your profile, complete a new donation or payment with your preferred payment method. On the payment method page there will be a box that you can check to save this method for future use. To remove an existing payment method you can visit payment methods under your profile and remove the specific payment method.

 

How do I change the amount or frequency of my recurrning donation?

Log into your account and click on the profile icon in the upper righthand corner. From the left-hand menu, select transactions and click edit on any upcoming scheduled donations. Use the drop-down boxes to edit your existing transaction to your new desired frequency, amount, or payment method.

 

How can I see my giving history?

Log into your account and navigate to transactions under your profile. From here you can see upcoming scheduled gifts under scheduled or switch to history to see your giving history.

What if I want to donate for a specific purpose that is not listed on this page?

Please mail or bring in a check with the specific purpose written into the memo line. Cash donations are accepted at the church office and during Sunday worship services. Please call 541-388-0765 to ensure someone is available to receive your donation before bringing it to the church office.

I don't remember if I have an account. What do I do?

The easiest way to determine if you already have an account is to try resetting your password.

To reset your password, log in to your account and enter your email address. Once you are on the screen where it asks you to enter your password, click the “Forgot password” button. If your email address is registered to an a Vanco account, you’ll receive an email asking you to reset your password. If you do not receive an email from Vanco, then you do not have an account.

 

How do I log into my account?

The login button to your account is located in on the right side just under the section title labeled “specific ministries and programs you can fund online.”

If you have forgotten your password, enter your email in the login area. Once you are on the screen where it asks you to enter your password, click the “Forgot password” button. If your email address is registered to an a Vanco account, you’ll receive an email asking you to reset your password.

 

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. As part of our comprehensive security and privacy safeguards, we only collect the pertinent information required to perform your payment transactions. Additionally, that information is stored in Vanco’s secure system and only used when needed to fulfill your requests and services. Additionally, Vanco is a certified Level 1 PCI 3.2 Service Provider.
