RISE UP is a not for profit organization committed to ending human trafficking and the exploitation of children worldwide. By engaging the arts, activism, fashion, and grassroots organizing they have founded and support educational centers, and various other programs in Nicaragua, India, and China.
NeighborImpact is dedicated to empowering individuals and families in Central Oregon. We envision a Central Oregon where residents, regardless of their income status, have hope and optimism, and have access to community resources that see them through times of need.
Habitat for Humanity seeks to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action.
Vima Lupwa Homes develops safe and stable family homes for children with the greatest need in impoverished areas of Sub-Saharan Africa. While honoring and respecting the local cultural values, these family homes provide education and medical care, as well as leadership, economic opportunities and environmental awareness, thus facilitating self-sustainability for these children, the family and their community.
Retreat
Holden Village is located in Chelan, Washington- their mission is to welcome all people into the wilderness to be called, equipped and sent by God. This is accomplished through sharing rhythms of word and sacrament, work, recreation, study, intercession, and healing.
Camp Lutherwood offers various programs, retreats, and camps for youth and families. They are located in Chesire, Oregon.
Ministry of Money hosts various retreats and “reverse mission” trips in many locations. One of their goals is to explore our cultural attachment and relationship to money from a faith perspective.
